Change Makers Welcome

Catholic Entrepreneurship for Teens

Developed by the Ciocca Center for Principled Entrepreneurship at the Catholic University of America, the Catholic Entrepreneurship and Design Experience (CEDE) is a life changing suite of programs for all teens with the courage to dream.

More than a course.

An experience.

CEDE breaks the mold of the standard classroom experience and invites students into hands-on learning and deep introspection in a transformative environment.

What to expect

Foster the next generation of Catholic Entrepreneurs
by connecting with the CEDE community and getting involved in our suite of programs.

Community

CEDE includes an onboarding program for teachers and ongoing support through a growing community of educators and business leaders.

Adaptability

CEDE was developed to be adaptable to your needs and to improve organically. CEDE offers a suite of programs for teens and you are invited to engage as much as you would like.

Wonder

CEDE was designed to break students out of the shackles of apathy, utilitarianism, and boredom, inspiring them to create value in their own lives and the lives of others — bread for the life of the world.

Transformation

CEDE provides students with hands-on learning, personal mentorship, and peer connection.  Through this, students are inspired to build their best selves.

Marin HS Opens Principled Entrepreneurship Institute with CEDE.

“In the Fall of 2020 we will open our Principled Entrepreneurship Institute at Marin Catholic and could not have done it without the CEDE curriculum. This will be the foundation of the course where our students will discern their vocation and purpose in life as entrepreneurs in service of our world.”

Bosco Catholic begins CEDE vocations program

In the fall of 2019, I became a new member of the Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School Staff and was excited about teaching upcoming freshman how to become entrepreneurs. The CEDE program allowed me to show students that they could follow God and help bless their community by becoming entrepreneurs. I’m so happy to have had the opportunity to be apart of the CEDE program and so are my students. They were able to build a business plan and pitch their ideas to help their school to actual investors
